In a move to boost academic excellence, Sir David Sunmoni, Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has pledged to enhance facilities at the LASU School of Basic and Advanced Studies in Badagry. This development is expected to have a positive impact on the learning experience of students at the campus.
The LASU School of Basic and Advanced Studies, located in Badagry, offers various programs, including the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) program. The institution has been working to improve its facilities, with recent developments including the commissioning of a new cafeteria, security house, and procurement of an ambulance and generators.
The proposed facility upgrade is a welcome development for the university community, particularly students and staff at the Badagry campus. As LASU continues to strive for academic excellence, investments in infrastructure will play a crucial role in supporting the institution’s goals.
We look forward to seeing the positive impact of these facility enhancements on the academic experience at LASU’s Badagry campus.
