Yemi Keri is a distinguished Chair and Non-Executive Director, bringing 23 years of expertise in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors, serving both the public and private domains. She stands as a pioneering figure in Nigeria’s technology landscape, particularly known for her leadership in digital transformation to address business and societal challenges.

Recognized as one of the foremost women in Technology in Nigeria, Yemi Keri has a track record of delivering innovative business solutions through technology. Her role as a Board member extends across various prominent organizations, including First City Monument Bank Ltd (FCMB), Investment One Financial Services, the Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce, Beyond Credit Limited, GAIA Africa, and Nigeria Climate Innovation Centre.

Yemi holds significant positions in the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) as the Digital Platform and Financial Services Thematic Lead. She is also involved with the Fintech Association of Nigeria and serves on the Advisory Board of Ingressive LLC, Majeur Chesterfield, and SabiHub.

As the co-founder of Rising Tide Africa, Yemi Keri actively contributes to a women’s movement focused on increasing women’s participation in angel investing, promoting education, cross-border investing, and investor mentoring across Africa. Her commitment to fostering the growth of startups extends to roles on the Board of Governors of the Lagos Angel Network and the Board of the Africa Business Angel Network (ABAN). Additionally, she serves on the Investment Committee of Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund (ARAF), managed by Acumen Capital Partners.

Yemi’s influence extends to mentoring digital and technology-enabled startups, holding the position of Expert in Residence (EIR) at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) and serving as a Facilitator on Corporate Governance and Digital Technology & Trends at the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos.

Her contributions to the field have earned her accolades, including being honored as Nigeria’s most outstanding Public Sector CIO at the ICT Centenary Awards in 2014, highlighting her impact and leadership in the technology sector.
