Damola Ademola is a multifaceted individual with roles as a filmmaker, speaker, and advertising/marketing consultant. He co-founded Inkblot Productions, a studio that has significantly impacted the Nigerian film industry, producing 23 theatrical films and 2 TV series over the past 12 years. Inkblot is known for delivering premium, diverse storytelling through films like “The Arbitration” and “The Wedding Party,” the latter being the highest-grossing film in the Nigerian box office and showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2016.

In December 2021, Inkblot achieved a historic milestone by signing an unprecedented output deal with Amazon Prime Video, making it the first African studio with exclusive distribution rights for its new films on the platform. Additionally, Inkblot was commissioned by Netflix to create the Young Adult series “Far From Home,” released on the platform in December 2022.
