Why Are Nigeria Female Artistes Not Collaborating?

All male artistes in Nigeria have created huge impact at the global stage but that’s not the case with the females . More than 10 male artistes have done 02 Arena and got Grammy nominations but why not a single female artiste ?

The answer is simple , many women see their colleagues as competition but that’s not the case . Tiwa savage and Yemi Alade remain the biggest female artistes in Nigeria but have you ever seen them collaborate or even share each other’s projects ? No

Have you seen them give shoutouts to young upcoming females ? No

They do not show the public that they are fighting but all their actions suggests they are.

Someone like Wizkid always give shoutouts to young male artistes . You see him giving shallippopi , Buju , Seyi vibes and many others shoutouts by calling them his favorite artistes. That’s big love and help to them . You see him collaborating with some of them .

Davido does same thing . He even sponsors some of the projects . This is why the young male artistes keep breaking boundaries .

Unity is power . There are lengths that you can not get to alone . Male artistes come together and do great things . Women need to emulate
