Potential homeowners should be cautious of House Height Limited, a real estate developer posing as the state government’s representative, according to the Lagos State Ministry of Housing.

Following a recent meeting with stakeholders, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Housing, Engr. Abdulhafis Toriola, issued a warning to potential homeowners, especially those living abroad, advising them not to do business with the company or its representatives regarding any issues pertaining to Harmony Court along Command Road, Ipaja, Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA.

Toriola drew attention to the fact that Mrs. Ngozi Elizabeth Ola-David, also known as Ngozi Elizabeth Phil-Ebosie, is the Managing Director of House Height Limited and has not been designated to deal with anyone on behalf of the Lagos State Government regarding three-bedroom apartments at Harmony Estate. Nor is she an agent or partner of the State Government. “Any claim by anyone that he or she is an appointed agent by the Ministry is false and should be disregarded” , he stated.

He went on to say that the State Government and House Height Limited’s previous partnership had been dissolved due to non-performance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

Therefore, the public should reject House Height Limited’s alleged ownership claim, according to Engineer Abdulhafis Toriola, who added, “Anyone who deals with the firm or its agents or buys a home from her in violation of this warning does so at his or her own risk”.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Housing, located at Block 3, Second Floor, Secretariat, Alausa-Ikeja, is the person to approach if you are interested in a home, according to Mrs. Bukade Idowu-Koya, Director of Legal Services, Lagos State Ministry of Housing.
