Nollywood star Damilola Ogunsi responded to a viewer who mistakenly criticized the director of “Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre” for assigning “a white” character to the role of angel in the television series.

After posting a clip from a scene in which Damilola Ogunsi’s character Saro (played by Kunle Remi) meets an angel at the gates of heaven, the user with the X handle Ohjay1 commented, “This thing has to stop, why use white as angel inside black movie #Anikulapo.”

The actor who is albino responded by saying it makes him feel good to be unnoticed.

But he asserted that he is “blacker” than everyone present.

“Feels good not to be recognized,” Ogunsi tweeted after seeing the viewer’s tweet.

I’m positive that I’m the only “blacker” person in the situation.
