ALAPERE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE PROJECT ON TRACK FOR COMPLETION

The Lagos State Government has announced that the Alapere Pedestrian Bridge project is set to be completed within the next three months.

 

According to sources close to the project, work is ongoing on site, with additional major elements such as stringer beams, stairs, and longitudinal beams being fabricated off site.

The project, which is part of the state government’s efforts to improve infrastructure and enhance the lives of residents, is expected to be completed soon.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu took to social media to share the update, saying “We are committed to delivering projects that will make a positive impact on the lives of Lagosians. The Alapere Pedestrian Bridge is one of such projects, and we are excited to see it come to fruition.”

The project’s completion is expected to bring relief to pedestrians in the area, providing a safe and convenient crossing point.
