FIFA appoints Nigeria referees to officiate Gambia vs. Seychelles World Cup qualifiers.

FIFA has appointed Nigerian referee Joseph Ogabor to officiate the upcoming World Cup qualifiers match between Gambia and Seychelles in Morocco.

 

Ogabor has been given the responsibility to ensure fair play and make accurate decisions during the game.

 

This appointment highlights FIFA’s confidence in Ogabor’s abilities and represents a significant opportunity for him to once again showcase his skills on an international stage.

 

Mr Ogabor Joseph Odey will be assisted by three other referees from Nigeria, Assistant Referee 1: Samuel Pwadutakam, Referee 2: Hope Ogenekewe Igho and Fourth Official: ABDULLAHI Abubakar.

 

Togolese Referee, KONYOH Komias appointed as the Match Assessor and SAQUEE Prince Kai from Sierra Leone as Match Commissioner.

 

In a letter from the world football governing body referees appointment committee led by the legendary Colina, the match officials are to be in Morocco for the Saturday show down.

 

The game is scheduled for June 8 2024 in Berkane kick starting at 17.00 hrs.
