HEALTH DISTRICT IV EXPANDS ACCESS TO FAMILY PLANNING MATERIALS
The Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Health District
IV, Dr/ Abimbola Bowale has ensured the adequate distribution of Family Planning Materials, to all Primary Health Care Centres across the four Local Government (LG) and five Local Council Development Areas (LCDA) under its coverage areas.
According to him, the initiative aims to ensure wider access to essential family planning resources, promoting reproductive health services. “By equipping Primary Healthcare centres with these materials, the district is enhancing its commitment to supporting families, helps address local health needs, which invariably improves overall community well-being, making Reproductive Health/ Family Planning (RH/FP) services more accessible and efficient for residents in all areas.
The items were received by the respective Officers in Charge (OIC) at the Akerele PHC Surulere.
