Lagos State Government Affirms Commitment to Streamlining Governance Costs and Fostering Collaboration Among Agencies with Sustainable Office Infrastructure.

Lagos State Government has reiterated its determination to reduce the cost of governance and promote synergy between its agencies through the provision of sustainable office infrastructure for its workforce.

These were the declarations of the Special Adviser to the Governor, Ministry of Works, and Infrastructure, Engr. Adekunle Olayinka when he led top officials of the Office of Works in the Ministry to inspect the extent of works on the Multi-Agency Building Project located very close to the Secretariat in Alausa, Ikeja.

The Multi-Agency Building Project is a multi-story building consisting of three Blocks on a total area of 2.01 hectares with block B consisting of Eight floors in height while the other blocks (A & C) are five floors each. The three blocks (A, B & C) have a Penthouse on the last floor. The first two floors of each block are earmarked for parking while the upper floors are meant for office accommodation. The Pent-Houses are exclusively for conferencing.
