Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has given a 12-month deadline for the completion of the 280-bed Ojo General Hospital, emphasizing the need for timely progress ¹. The hospital, which will cover 6.5 hectares along the Lagos-Badagry corridor, is a critical initiative by the administration to enhance medical care in the Lagos West Senatorial District.

– _Medical Facilities:_ delivery theatre, pharmacy, oncology, gynaecology, accident and emergency services, intensive care unit, surgical wards, dialysis centre, administrative unit, and outpatient department
– _Doctors’ Residences:_ four blocks of accommodation for healthcare professionals
– _Ancillary Facilities:_ morgue, central laboratory, equipment storage, laundry, bank, engineering department, and ample parking
The Governor also inaugurated the construction of the Platinum Shopping Complex, a 27-block shopping complex along LASU-Iyana Iba Road. The project will be executed in four phases, resulting in 1,500 shops ¹. This initiative aims to improve infrastructure, enhance the aesthetic quality of the environment, and uplift the lifestyles of citizens.
