LASG COMMENCES TRAINING ON PRODUCTIVITY, INTEGRITY FOR OFFICERS
The Ministry of Establishments and Training today commenced a two-day training programme for Management Staff in the State Civil Service cutting across different cadres.
The training programme with the theme: “Enhancing Productivity and Integrity in the Smart City”, was held at the Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Alausa, Ikeja.
Whilst declaring the training programme open, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishments and Training, Mrs. Olubusola Abidakun, who was represented by the Director of Training, Mrs. Modupe Animashaun, stated that the training was geared towards equipping officers in the state civil service with essential skills and knowledge to drive efficiency and productivity in service delivery in the state.
Abidakun emphasised the importance of integrity in smart city initiatives, stating that the training was not merely instructional but aimed to increase officers’ productivity in fulfilling the mandate of the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
