Swedish team HamKam FC has partnered with Nigerian champions Enyimba.
According to the agreement between the two teams, HamKam FC will support Enyimba in strengthening its structure, particularly at the young level.
“The goal is to establish a strong working relationship that benefits both teams in the long run. Chief scout Jorgen Bjorn stated on the club’s official website that HamKam will assist Enyimba in strengthening the organization of their club, particularly at the young level.
We will help them by sending a team to Nigeria twice a year so we can conduct training sessions there. We will also attend lectures on a variety of academic subjects while we are there, including methodology, the recuperation from physical exercise, and other significant themes.
Enyimba players will also get the chance to practice with both the U-19 and first teams of HamKam as part of the deal.
With nine games remaining in the season, Enyimba is now three points behind leaders Rangers in fourth place on the Nigeria Premier Football League table.
