The “Finesse” singer claimed that a tweet he saw from Rema during the COVID-19 shutdown altered his course in life.
In the most recent Moni Talks podcast episode, Pheelz stated: “I felt that Rema’s tweet, ‘The world is on pause for you to catch up,’ was a message to me personally.”
The musician revealed that the post made him think, telling himself that he couldn’t afford to die while still having so much potential.
He remarked, “I have to die empty. I kept telling myself that.”
