Controversial Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola, better known by his stage name Portable, has criticised Zlatan Ibile, a colleague, for supposedly attempting to set Davido against him.

The ‘Zazu’ crooner said that during his trip with the DMW leader in Atlanta, U.S.A., Zlatan tried to damage his reputation in front of Davido. He clarified that he had heard that Davido and Dammy Krane had clashed over a song after Davido ended a video conference with Zlatan.

He added that before, Zlatan had cautioned him about acting inappropriately towards Davido. Portable added, “When Davido took me clubbing in America, Zlatan called him on a video call and he gave the phone to me,” during a recent Instagram live session. Zlatan began admonishing me to act appropriately around Davido. “Why would you try to start a phone argument with me for hanging out with Davido when we were together and call Davido? Did Wizkid not offer you an opportunity? When Zlatan sees me with Davido, why is he upset?

“His call broke the atmosphere. Davido informed me that he had heard me make a song with Dammy Krane criticising him after he finished the call. It’s all lies, I told him. You guys ought to warn Zlatan not to come near my company.
