The Randle General Hospital, Surulere, on Thursday, launched a Quick Response Code (QRC) designed by the Quality Improvement Team of the facility for patient satisfaction surveys.

Speaking at the event, the Medical Director/CEO of Randle General Hospital, Dr. Olumide Sojinirin spoke extensively on the benefits of the launch of the special code, stressing that it will enable the management to determine the level of patients’ satisfaction and improve services, especially where there is an indication of low performance based on the responses received.

He said the management is determined to ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the THEMES Plus development agenda of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu Administration in Lagos State. Sojinrin, therefore, implored all clients to familiarise themselves with the quick response code and ensure to give their honest responses.

On her part, Dr. Abosede Adabale, leader of the Quality Improvement Team and Head of the Hospital’s Haematology Department, enlightened those in attendance on how to access and operate the quick response code, adding that it would be pasted conspicuously in and around the facility for the benefit of everyone.

She said the code can be used to lodge complaints, make inquiries and give commendations on the hospital’s performance, especially in the area of quality healthcare delivery.
