The clampdown on the EVIL FX RACKETEERS intensify
The office of National Security Adviser has detained two Binance executives, ( an American and a British- Pakistani) over alleged involvement in foreign exchange manipulations.
FG had previously obtained a Court Warrant to detain the men for 12 days, pending further investigation by the EFCC.
Recall that CBN Governor, Dr. Olayemi Cardoso, said that $26 Billion had passed through the channel from unidentified sources in just one year
The NSA also asked Binance to provide the data on its operations in Nigeria in the past seven years
The detained executives declined the request to delete all Nigerian information from their platform, insisting that they would not do so until they are taken to their (countries’) embassies.
Again, anything to stabilize the Naira is welcomed!
